This is a program for individuals new to weight lifting, or for those looking for a break from their intense routine. This program focuses on building a strong foundation for future training, whether it be weight training or otherwise. Even though the title of this program is "Beginner" it will still challenge seasoned lifters by its focus on coordination, stability, mobility, and endurance. This program is part of a 3-part "Beginner" series, all 3 of which are recommended to be completed by those new to weight lifting before moving on to other programs. *Note: our MAX-Fitness App is in development and is coming soon!
