The conventional "Bro Split" is a great program for new and intermediate lifters to focus on building mind muscle connection, getting a great pump, and completely exhausting a muscle group during a workout. This program is designed to last 4 weeks, and to train one muscle group per day for 5 days during the week. The split consists of chest, back, legs, shoulders, and arms.
