Chris Bumstead, or as he's widely know, "CBUM," is a five time Mr. Olympia champion and a source of motivation and inspiration to many bodybuilders and weightlifters, including us here at MAX-Fitness. It is obvious Chris knows what he is doing in the gym when it comes to getting big, and if you want to train just like him we have his high volume split right here. Similar to other High Volume MAX-Fitness programs, CBUM's program requires adequate protein and calorie intake to maximize growth and recovery. Additionally, this program should not be performed for longer than 6 weeks to avoid overtraining. It is recommended you try one of our lower volume workout programs after performing CBUM's split in order to promote growth and recovery.
