This program is for advanced lifters looking to focus their attention on growing their glutes. During this program you will train 4 days per week, focusing on glutes most days as well as various other body parts to sustain strength in other areas. This program is designed to last 4 weeks, and should not be performed longer than 6 weeks due to risk of overtraining your glutes. Individuals taking on this program should have their protein and calorie intake in check to ensure proper recovery. There are three MAX-Fitness high frequency glute programs as this has been the most requested high volume plan, but it is recommended you lower glute exercise volume for a few weeks after any of the high frequency glute programs to promote growth and recovery. *Note: our MAX-Fitness App is in development and is coming soon!
