This program is carefully designed to maximize your muscular endurance and conditioning capacity while being sustainable for a 4 week period. With shorter rest periods and more exercises per workout, prepare to be tested. This program consists of 4 training sessions per week, each of which will boost your ability to push harder during your next workout. There are three separate "MAX-Endurance" programs in order for those focusing on muscular endurance to switch programs monthly and consistently challenge themselves.
