The name of this program is just what is suggests, a program designed for those who want to workout from the comfort of their home who may not have access to much gym equipment. The MAX-Fitness "Minimal Equipment" programs use techniques such as pre-fatigue, isometrics, super sets, and even giant sets for you to get the most out of every exercise. Although you may not have to use much equipment, these workouts promote just as much strength and muscle building stimulus as our other programs. All programs can be completed with resistance bands, light dumbbells, some sort of heavy weighted object to place on your body (ex: weighted backpack), a towel, and a foam roller or swiss exercise ball. An adjustable bench or something similar would be useful, but you could make due without one. If you have some basic gym equipment (barbells, plates, etc.) you can substitute exercises accordingly. *Note: our MAX-Fitness App is in development and is coming soon!
