"Push Pull Legs" is a program for individuals who would still like a plan to follow, but have progressed to a point where they feel comfortable tampering with the written program to fit their needs. Each MAX-Fitness PPL program consists of three workouts, one focusing on upper body push movements, one focusing on upper body pull movements, and another focusing on legs. You can perform each workout once per week, and add additional workouts if wanted, or focus on other aspects of your training such as cardio, sports, etc. Or, you can perform each workout twice per week to accumulate as much volume as possible to push your body to its limits.
