This program is for advanced lifters looking to dedicate their training focus to their shoulders. Shoulders can be one of the most stubborn muscles to grow, so you will train 5 days per week, focusing on shoulders all 5 days as well as various other body parts to sustain strength in other areas. This program is designed to last 4 weeks, and should not be performed longer than 6 weeks due to risk of overtraining your shoulders. Individuals taking on this program should have their protein and calorie intake in check to ensure proper recovery. It is recommended to try one of our lower volume programs following this plan to promote growth and recovery. *Note: our MAX-Fitness App is in development and is coming soon!
